Todd Lewis,
Vice President
As a Kingdom Servant, Todd Lewis serves as the Vice President on the Beacon Consulting Foundation Board of Directors, bringing decades of senior leadership, disciplined execution, and a deep commitment to mission-driven impact. A retired 36-year military veteran, Todd served 6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps (enlisted, Sergeant) and 30 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Navy Captain (O-6) with six combat-zone deployments. His service included command at sea as a ship’s Commanding Officer and later as a Commodore leading a squadron of eight capital warships.
Following military service, Todd transitioned into enterprise project leadership and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager, leading cross-functional, globally dispersed teams delivering large-scale national healthcare initiatives, including telephony modernization and major system upgrades. He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential through the Project Management Institute. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, trained through the Norfolk Naval Shipyard Lean Six Sigma College (L6SC) in an intensive six-week program culminating in a proctored exit exam.
Todd holds a B.S. in Electronic Technology (Norfolk State University), an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Naval Postgraduate School), and an Executive MBA (Naval Postgraduate School, specializing in finance, program, and resource management). He is currently a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA-Project Management Cognate) candidate at Liberty University (anticipated graduation 2026). Todd’s Doctoral research extends prior studies on pastoral stress and burnout by applying survey-based statistical analysis to quantify the return on investment (ROI) of project management frameworks in churches and to assess their impact on leadership workload and on burnout reduction. Todd is married and has adult children.
