Dr. Natasha Williams

Dr. Williams is the Founder of Beacon Consulting Organization and serves as its President on the Board of Directors. She is highly regarded for her ability to drive enterprise transformation through strategic execution and high-impact program and project leadership, bringing over 15 years of professional experience.

Dr. Williams delivers consistent, high-impact results that directly drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and sustained organizational improvement. She has successfully directed multimillion-dollar programs and strategic initiatives, resulting in measurable revenue growth and significant operational efficiencies. In addition to her role as a Senior IT Program Manager at a St. Louis-based healthcare organization, she chairs and guides the Project Management Organization Community of Practice (PMO CoP) within her organization’s IT sector, providing expert technical advice and leading knowledge-transfer sessions on core project management principles to a community of 400+ senior/mid-level leaders, program managers, and project managers. Dr. Williams's exceptional performance, particularly in coaching and mentoring direct reports, has been formally recognized by her organization, including multiple prestigious accolades.

Dr. Williams's professional background is built upon a strong foundation of both high-level academic achievement and industry-leading professional certifications. A scholar-practitioner, Dr. Williams earned her Doctor of Business Administration from Columbia International University with a perfect academic record. Her dissertation research entitled, Exploring the Impact of Establishing a Project Management Ministry in The Church on Pastoral Stress and Burnout: A Phenomenological Study, serves as the intellectual blueprint for Beacon Consulting Foundation. She graduated from Webster University with a Master of Business Administration with High Academic Honors, and while there, was inducted in the Delta Mu Delta Honors Society in Business. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where she was inducted into the National Biological Honors Society and graduated from the University’s Pierre Laclede Honors College. Dr. Williams is fully credentialed through professional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB), Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB), and Quality Process Analyst (CQPA) - confirming expertise across traditional project management, agile, and quality management frameworks. This expertise is continually leveraged in her role in academia, where she has served as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University for over 10 years, developing and delivering advanced courses in Project Management, Business, and Operations, demonstrating subject-matter mastery. Building on her success implementing Project Management frameworks within churches and the Midwestern District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, she is now scaling her evidence-based approach to empower the broader ecclesiastical community. Her methods, once localized, are now backed by academic research confirming their effectiveness in a ministry context

Dr. Williams resides in Saint Louis, MO, with her husband of 17 years, Andrew Jr., and children Constance, Andrew III and fur baby, Kodi. She is a member of Temple Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith in Saint Louis, Missouri, under the pastorate of Suffragan Bishop Ron E. Stephens and is the Director of Christian Education under his leadership. She has co-authored and edited several books on the topics of Christianity & Faith. Outside of work and church activities, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, scrapbooking, baking, and traveling.
