Continuing his commitment to leadership excellence and personal development, Andrew is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership at Columbia International University. His dedication to excellence and lifelong learning has also been recognized through his induction into the National Society of Leadership and Success.

As a minister of the Gospel for over 30 years, Andrew’s mission is to glorify God through servant leadership, stewardship, and empowering others to reach their full potential. He currently serves as an Associate Minister at Temple Church of Christ in the Greater Saint Louis Metropolitan area under the pastorate of Bishop Ron E. Stephens. Andrew has an extensive history of ecclesiastical and community service, having served as Adult Christian Education Director, Christian Education Superintendent, and Youth Leader, as well as Vice-President of the Men’s Brotherhood and Co-Chairman of the Ministerial Alliance within the Midwestern District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Whether in the workplace, the church, or the community, Andrew strives to live out his faith with integrity and purpose, inspiring those around him to pursue excellence and walk in their calling.

Andrew resides in the St. Louis area with his wife of 17 years, Dr. Natasha Williams, and is a proud father to three children, Brittany, Constance, and Andrew III. Beyond his professional and ministerial responsibilities, Andrew remains deeply committed to his family, his faith, and his community, consistently seeking to serve with humility, lead with conviction, and pursue excellence in every area of life.

Professionally, Andrew serves as a Business Analyst at Centene Corporation, where he has years of experience in healthcare operations, provider data management, credentialing, business process optimization, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background is supported by a strong foundation in business administration, leadership, and ongoing scholarly growth. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Maryville University and completed his Master of Organizational Leadership at Columbia
